Abstract

With the emergence of ChatGPT, the application of artificial intelligence in university student affairs management has become a hot research topic. This article explores and analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in university student affairs management, including student information management, student services, and student mental health. Artificial intelligence can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of student affairs management, such as optimizing student services through data mining technology and improving student mental health management through natural language processing technology. However, artificial intelligence also faces some challenges and problems in university student affairs management, such as technical application limitations and privacy protection. Therefore, we need to strengthen legal and ethical constraints while applying artificial intelligence, protecting the privacy and rights of students.
