WEB 2.0 APPLICATIONS HELP TO PROMOTE CREATIVENESS IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY’S LITERACY

Abstract

The fast growth of ICT technologies in 21st century calls for immediate accomplishment to involve students in forefront of growth efforts. It is considered as a developed country because of its rapid technical progress and incorporation of ICT into many phases of life. The organization that educates teachers to use ICTs has the task of cultivating ICT innovation among its pupils (qualified teachers). Student inventiveness, excitement, and enthusiasm in the use of Web 2.0 technologies were assessed using an action research study. The second semester Students of the 2020/2022 session who took the course "Computer Education" participated in this study. Conclusions: Students' attitudes toward online apps (blogs), their inventiveness in the applications of Web 2.0 (such as collaboration), and their forthcoming usage of blogging abilities are good indicators of their ICT literacy levels.
