Method: Using the convenient sampling method, the 2016 nursing students in our school were collected Undergraduate students are divided into two groups: 2016 Nursing 1 and 2016 Nursing 2. The basic nursing theory teaching content is divided into two parts, the first part and the second part. Develop blended teaching. After the launch of the MOOC, the 2016 Gabon 1 adopts "the first half of hybrid teaching + the second half of traditional teaching"; the 2016 Gabon 2 adopts the "first half of traditional teaching In the second half of the blended teaching", the extra class hours after the traditional classroom becomes a flipped classroom are arranged for students to concentrate on MOOC learning, and all the operation content adopts the traditional operation teaching method. Questionnaire survey of critical thinking ability, comparison between groups and self-before and after comparison, and comparison of midterm grades, final theoretical grades and operational grades of the two groups of students. Results: The blended teaching method improved students' grades, autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability. However, students' grades and abilities are still at a moderate level; the impact of the blended teaching method on students' grades and abilities has nothing to do with the time and teaching content of flipped classrooms, and may be related to the hours and times of flipped classrooms. Traditional teaching the method did not improve students' autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability. Conclusion: The blended teaching method can improve the teaching effect and promote the cultivation of students' ability, which needs to be further improved, explored and promoted in the future teaching.
